Hibbert, MSSW, LCSW, Chief Executive Officer Richard has over 15 years of experience providing services to youth and families, community based organizations, state and city agencies as well as international organizations. He is the co-author of several published research articles in professional journals, co-author of a book chapter, and co-author on several training manuals. He brings a wealth of experience to the agency and its associates.
Sarah M. Glisky, LCSW, Executive Director of Youth and Family Services Sarah has almost 20 years of experience working in the social work field with a strong focus on children, youth and family. Her division is responsible for creating and developing programs, curriculum, and training designs for our clients that serve children, adolescents, and families. All work products are customized to best service the targeted population.
Raul Rubio Jr., B.S., Executive Director of Community Projects Raul has over 13 years of experience in the field of social services and has worked with youth and families from the individual to the community level. His experience also includes working to enhance and support Community Based Organizations and developing Neighborhood Networks. His division oversees the ongoing operation of established community based projects and the formation of partnerships among other organizations.
